By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state, or that you have given consent for any minor dependants to use the Site.

Custom cookies are made to order. When you order logo or photo cookies you confirm that you own the artwork you send us, or have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supply.
We produce an artwork proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, that approval is what we bake — please check spelling, colour and layout carefully.
We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance. Rush production may be available at an additional fee; see Pricing.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such change.
We try to display colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen renders them exactly. Handmade cookies vary slightly from one to the next — that is a property of the product, not a defect.
Information on this Site is provided for general purposes and should not be your sole basis for a decision. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for every order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we change or cancel an order we will attempt to contact you using the details you supplied. See our Billing Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools "as is", without warranty. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and we are not liable for any harm arising from them. Review their policies before you transact with them.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other materials, you agree we may use, edit and publish them without restriction, obligation of confidence, or compensation. You agree your submissions will not violate anyone's rights and will not be unlawful or abusive.
You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful acts; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or to interfere with the security of the Site.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Beez, LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy and soy. Gluten-free, vegan and nut-free options are available on request, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you or your guests have a severe allergy, please tell us before ordering so we can advise honestly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugar Beez, LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions stand. These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. Obligations incurred before termination survive it. These Terms, together with the policies posted on this Site, are the entire agreement between us.
