Every order is baked to order, individually packaged and shipped so it arrives presentation-ready. Here is how the timing and cost work.
Shipping is charged at fair market rate as set by USPS, UPS or FedEx, based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact cost is confirmed on your quote before you commit.
Local delivery around Lake in the Hills is available at $1 per mile.
Our usual production time is 4–5 days, depending on the quantity ordered. More intricate designs or large orders may need longer, and we will tell you that up front rather than after you have booked.
Please place your order at least two weeks in advance so we can produce, proof and ship it without rushing. If you need something sooner, ask — Fast Track production is often possible at an additional 20%.
Once despatched, transit is typically 1–2 business days. We provide tracking and keep you updated on the shipment's status through to delivery.
We ship across the United States and to Canada. Every cookie is individually heat-sealed and packed with protective material so it arrives intact.
If you have a specific delivery window, a venue that needs timed access, or an event date that is tight, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can accommodate it.
