• What file format do you need for logos?  We use png.
• How long is production time?  We don't mass produce.  Each cookie is made from scratch, individually printed, dried properly, packaged beautifully, and quality checked by hand. A 2-week lead time ensures your order looks great, tastes amazing and arrives event ready!
• Do you ship nationwide?  Yes, we can ship anywhere! 
• Can you color match brand colors?. We do our best to get as close as possible.  We are working with food color, which isn't the same as the ink used in printing on paper.
